The algorithms behind our netlist extraction tool can be found in our book on Layout Techniques. We will soon release a limited capability version for general use and have a full* version available for our upcoming membership services.
*The intention is to use this tool in the circuit leaf development stage. It will not have the capacity to handle large (top-level) layouts.
